At Precise Support, Innovative Community Participation is a support service offered by the NDIS that helps participant learn the skills they need to be active members of their communities. Under this support service, we go the extra mile to help participants broaden their horizons and bring in new ideas to help them grow as people through participation in the community.

We employ highly skilled Community Engagement Practitioners who help you adopt a capacity-building, community-based strategy by working side-by-side with you in the local community. This increases the chance of a successful transition from the service to informal support or employment. We assist you by expanding your opportunities for community participation and employment. Our program leads to improved wellbeing outcomes for you and for your carers (in relation to health, education, employment and income

• Emotional awareness and self-regulation

• Capacity building for seeking assistance in the community without the help of formalised support
• Workshops to access training and employment opportunities
