		Precise Support can provide one-on-one support to participants in order to assist them in achieving their individual Accommodation and Tenancy goals. This support may take the form of assisting participants in overcoming obstacles that have an impact on their current tenancy or supporting participants as they investigate and secure alternative housing.
Assistance with Accommodation and Tenancy Obligations is described by the NDIS as assistance with activities that ensure the participant finds/maintains adequate housing In order to better support people in achieving their particular goals, our Accommodation and Tenancy service may include evaluation, personalised case planning, practical one-on-one assistance, coordinating with service providers, and aid in capacity building.
Our support may include the following services:
- Helping participants come up with or redefine their housing goals
- Working with DHHS, real estate agents, or owners to figure out what’s stopping at-risk tenants from staying in their homes
- Identifying and implementing strategies to maintain current tenancies
- Assistance with budgeting
- Communication with service providers of utilities and support in applying for utility relief grants
- Building independent, sustainable housing
- Assisting with private rental applications
